TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET. BY PURCHASING, ACCEPTING, OR USING A TICKET TO NEW WEST COAST FEST, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or specifically authorized by New West Coast Fest.
Once a ticket has been purchased, the purchaser may not cancel the purchase or request a refund due to a change in personal circumstances, travel plans, transportation issues, scheduling conflicts, weather, artist preferences, or any other reason not specifically covered by these Terms.
2. LINEUP IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
The festival lineup, artists, performers, set times, performance order, and schedule are subject to change at any time and without notice.
New West Coast Fest does not guarantee the appearance or performance of any particular artist.
An artist may be removed from, withdraw from, or be unable to perform at the festival for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, contractual disputes, emergencies, acts beyond the festival’s reasonable control, or other circumstances.
The cancellation, withdrawal, removal, or replacement of one or more artists does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
3. ARTIST CANCELLATIONS
If an individual artist or performer does not appear or perform, the festival may replace that artist with another performer, modify the schedule, or otherwise adjust the event programming.
A ticket is purchased for admission to the festival as a whole and not as a guaranteed ticket to see any individual artist.
The non-performance of one or more artists does not constitute a cancellation of the festival itself and does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
4. FESTIVAL MODIFICATIONS
New West Coast Fest reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the festival, including changes to:

• Artists and performers

• Set times and performance schedules

• Stage assignments

• Venue or location

• Event hours

• Festival layout

• Production elements

• Amenities

• Attractions

• Vendors

• Ticket tiers or access areas

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.
5. VENUE CHANGES
New West Coast Fest reserves the right to change the festival venue when reasonably necessary for safety, security, weather, operational, governmental, production, or other legitimate event-related reasons.
A venue change within the same general market or geographic area does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, provided the festival remains scheduled to take place.
6. WEATHER AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
The festival may proceed regardless of weather conditions unless New West Coast Fest, venue management, governmental authorities, or emergency personnel determine that cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification is necessary.
Weather, extreme temperatures, smoke, natural disasters, emergencies, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, public safety concerns, acts of God, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of New West Coast Fest do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.
7. FESTIVAL CANCELLATION
If the entire festival is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed, New West Coast Fest will communicate any applicable refund, credit, or exchange policy through its official communication channels.
Any refund or credit offered in connection with a cancellation or postponement will be subject to the specific terms announced by New West Coast Fest.
8. TICKET VALIDITY
A valid ticket provides the purchaser with admission to New West Coast Fest, subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable festival rules.
Tickets do not guarantee:

• Admission to a particular performance

• A particular artist

• A particular set time

• A particular stage

• A particular viewing position

• Access to every area of the festival

• Any specific amenity, vendor, attraction, or experience

9. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS
No partial refunds will be issued because a ticket holder arrives late, leaves early, misses a performance, chooses not to attend a performance, or is dissatisfied with a particular artist, schedule, venue arrangement, production element, or festival experience.
10. TRANSFERS AND RESELLING
Tickets may only be transferred or resold in accordance with the rules of the authorized ticketing platform and applicable law. New West Coast Fest is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
11. RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION
New West Coast Fest and/or venue management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual who violates festival rules, venue policies, applicable law, or engages in behavior that threatens the safety or enjoyment of attendees, artists, staff, or other guests.
No refund will be provided to individuals who are denied admission or removed because of a violation of festival rules or applicable policies.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
Attendance at a large-scale music festival involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowds, loud music, weather conditions, standing, walking, transportation conditions, and other risks associated with live events.
By attending, ticket holders voluntarily assume these risks to the extent permitted by law.
13. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS
Any changes to the lineup, schedule, venue, policies, or festival operations will be communicated through official New West Coast Fest channels when reasonably practicable.
Ticket holders are responsible for reviewing official festival communications before attending.
14. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By purchasing or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
PURCHASE OF A TICKET CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
New West Coast Fest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions when reasonably necessary. The terms applicable to a ticket are those in effect at the time of purchase, subject to any changes required by law or communicated by the festival.
